Given we no longer live in Rugby we were lucky enough to recently contact Jaime re my Aunts funeral. From the first word we were amazed at her professionalism, courtesy and dignity that she showed us. We were taken through every aspect of the process slowly and with utmost care, and we developed absolute confidence in what we agreed and planned with her. Nothing was too small an issue and with no experience we asked many questions, all of which were answered seamlessly. She introduced us to Carol our Celebrant and the two ladies were amazing. On the day she and her colleagues were so caring and the service was completed exactly to our wishes. We can’t thank them enough. We have sadly had to turn to Revel Funeral Care on two of the hardest occasions any family could face - first with the passing of my mum, and more recently my sister. On both occasions, Jaime was simply incredible. She showed the perfect balance of compassion, professionalism, and sensitivity, guiding us through every step with genuine care.
